How to Apply
Follow these four steps to enrol your child at Mahlontebe Secondary School.
Collect Application Form
Visit the school's administrative office to collect a learner admission form, or download it from this page.
Submit Required Documents
Submit the completed form together with certified copies of all required documents to the admin office.
Assessment & Placement
The school principal and grade head will assess the application and confirm the learner's placement within 5 working days.
Registration & Induction
Successful applicants will be contacted to finalise registration and attend the learner induction session.

Required Documents
Please ensure all documents are certified before submission.
- Certified copy of learner's birth certificate
- Certified copy of parent/guardian's South African ID
- Latest school report / academic record
- Transfer letter from previous school (if applicable)
- Proof of address (utility bill or affidavit)
- Immunisation card (for Grade 8 learners)
